I have been a North Carolina Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist since 2016 and I have found so much joy in this career by relieving my clients' pain and stress through therapeutic massage. ​I worked at Family Life Chiropractic Center in Murphy, NC for 5 years and have been at my current location since late 2022. My massage style is built on Swedish techniques with years of experience and continuing education courses focused on deep tissue, headache protocol for sinus pressure, sports injuries, and NMT focus on neck, shoulder, glute, and psoas.
