Thank you for choosing me as your massage and bodywork therapist. To provide the best service possible to my clients, I have implemented the following policies:

Cancellation Policy
I respectfully ask that you provide me with a 24-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24-hour notice I am often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an INCONVENIENCE to me and also means other clients miss the chance to receive services they need.
When you make a massage appointment, I set aside that time for you and your care. If I am not able to fill that appointment time, I do not get paid.
If you are unable to make your appointment, SEND SOMEONE ELSE in your place! I’m sure your friend, colleague or family member will thank you later! I UNDERSTAND that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you have a fever, a known infection or have experienced vomiting or diarrhea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, I request that you cancel your session. Inclement weather may also result in the need for late cancellations. I will do my best to give advanced notice if I need to cancel due to bad weather and I ask you to do the same. Please DO NOT risk your own safety trying to make your appointment.
In summary; just please BE CONSIDERATE of my time and aware of how important your scheduled time is to me. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, I do have electronic ways you can pay:

Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late for your appointment, please understand that I cannot extend your session beyond the originally scheduled time. This helps me stay on track for other clients who are scheduled after you. Regardless of your arrival time, the full session fee will still be required.
All clients are encouraged to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to relax, unwind, and prepare for their session. This small window helps ensure you receive the full benefit of your appointment. If it’s your first visit, please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. This helps me start your session on time and tailor the massage to your needs.
Friendly Reminder: Setting a quick reminder or alarm on your phone can be a helpful way to ensure you arrive on time and enjoy your session without any rush.

Draping & Massage Termination Policy
Inappropriate clients will immediately be excused from this practice. I am a legitimate, educated massage therapist. I have no patience for jokes, innuendo, or solicitations concerning massage therapy. I went to school to become a massage therapist. I continue to take courses to further my education. I take great pride in my profession. Massage helps my clients manage pain, heal from injuries, and alleviate stress.
My office is a safe space, where healing happens. Only professional massage and bodywork services for relaxation or therapeutic purposes are offered at this massage practice.
Massage services will be terminated immediately in the event of inappropriate conduct of any kind. This includes harassment, threatening speech or behavior, sexual advances or requests, or disrespectful actions or language. A session will not be conducted if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If the massage is terminated for any of these reasons, full payment for the scheduled session is still required. Clients will be appropriately draped with a sheet and/or towel at all times during their massage. Only areas of the body that are currently being treated will be exposed. The breast and genital areas will always remain draped and are never massaged.
Couples Massage
As an independently owned and operated practice, I work alone and have no employees. This means every session is conducted by me personally, ensuring consistent, high-quality care tailored to your specific needs.

Please note that because I operate solo, I am unable to accommodate couples massage sessions. Thank you for understanding.
Children Policy
To maintain a tranquil atmosphere for you and others, I kindly ask that clients arrange for childcare prior to their appointments.

Please note that our waiting area is not designed to be child-friendly, and we are unable to accommodate young children during your session. Children must be attended by another adult (who is not receiving services) at all times. This policy ensures the safety of everyone and enables you and other clients to enjoy the peaceful experience we strive to provide.
If securing childcare proves challenging, I completely understand and encourage you to reschedule your appointment at a time that works best for you. Thank you for your understanding.
Gratuity Policy
Gratuity is accepted and greatly appreciated, however, is not required or expected for any massage service. If you feel I have provided an exceptional massage service, but are financially unable to tip, there are many other ways to express your gratitude:
1. Write a REVIEW on google, facebook or my booking site.
2. REFER your family and friends.
3. RESCHEDULE. (Make a second massage appointment.)
If the burden of tipping is causing you to postpone your massage treatments, book those regular massage treatments and skip the tip!
